The rutard comment might have been crossing it(insulting a user). however insulting a writer who's not very credible and has given some ludicrous showings is not.

My name is Rutog98. "Rugot" is a typo as I can easily see that mistake. Its close enough to my name. "Rutart" and "Rutard" are insults.
Strange probably said that because they are the only ones there with magical connection. Sufrer doesn't have that. If Meggan or Forge were there Strange would most likely choose them over Storm because they are more in touch with their magical side. Storms magical side is dormant, like Polaris' negative emotion absorbing power. It's there but its not doing much.

Storm was MUCH more impressive. The Phoenix Force is attuned with the universe. It merely telepathically shared its perceptions with Mastermind which overwhelmed him. Storm actually became one with the universe. This happened because she literally contained the essense of Eternity in her. Thus, she looked like a female Eternity during the process. Mastermind still looked like Mastermind. Mastermind did not do anything like contain the very essense of an abstract inside his body. 😄

I think Surfer was merely caught by surprise here. He technically never did try and put Panther's claim to the test. BP merely did all he could do and was most likely hoping that would be enough. Good thing he never found out. 😉
