The Punisher 2 Update

Well the character is a hard one to promote not like little kids would've showed up to see it.

I didn't see this in the theaters, I thought the movie looked horrific from the trailer, like some straight to DVD fodder... and its hard to make a bad trailer. Anyway I watched it the other day and I thought it was a ton of fun, granted I had virtually no expectations before I watched the movie, but I really enjoyed watching it and I advise everyone to go by it on DVD or Blueray so the there might be a slight chance of a sequel. If you check your expectations at the door I think everyone can get a kick out of this movie, its more exciting than punching a hole in some guys head... which actually happens in the movie!

Ray Stevenson is awesome.

I'd like to think most kids love violence in superhero movies or movies in general, not that there's anything wrong with that. Idk, I could be wrong.

Not this sort of violence Punisher is capable of doing 😬

Depends on the age range I guess.

I can't wait for the DVD, should be interesting to see what kind of special features the DVD includes. I know it's really unlikely but I'd love for there to be a sequel. Sadly, it won't happen. 🙁

Finally got around to seeing this when i was on the cruise ship, I liked it and Ray Stevenson fitted the role better then Tom Jane imo.

My son begged me to rent this and I fought him about it, but he won out in the end. I'm glad he did. I was expecting the worst and it turned out to be an enjoyable flick. I liked this one much better than the first one. I laughed my ass off when he blew that guy up in midair with a rocket launcher and then threw the other guy down on the fence only to jump down on his head to top it all off. Funny stuff. Best scene though was when he shot the guy at the kitchen table. Hilarious.

Hmm, I didn't know you were old enough to have a sun.

Is this movie any good?

Ditto. This movie is underrated as hell! I enjoyed it waaay more than Wolverine 3, Supes Returns, Elektra, Catwoman, Both FFs, Ghost Rider, & Batman Begins.

I'm 39

Do you guys think that there will be an unrated release? I really dislike to buy brand new dvd releases, seeing as how the dvd industry is so used to double dips and re-releases.

there may be a unrated version somewhere down the road, but so far I really haven't read anything regarding it

i watched P:WZ earlier today for the 4 time in total since it came out. and man i don't get tired of it. My girl didn't like it. I thought Jigsaw and L.B.J. were cool with their personas and New Jersy/Italian accents even thought they were in N.Y.

But i finally got to see a Punisher movie that reaally showed how brutal the punisher is as i've been waiting for.

The one with travolta sucked ass. And the one in the 80's with Dolph Lundgen was ok but this one tops 'em all epically.

I can't wait for pt.2 to come out in theatres.

"Punisher: War Zone" is easily one of my all time favorite action films now. It's just the perfect Punisher film. Anyone who hates it, I believe, just hate the genre, considering it pretty much has everything you'd want in a Punisher and action film.

WOW!! I knew this movie was going to tank but i did not expect it to do this badly. Meet Dave was more successful 😂 Looks like Frank Castle has finally died.

Actually, it's doing great on DVD. Much better than it did in theaters. And by what Setevenson said, a sequel's on it's way. With the lack of marketing it had, they expected a cult following, and that's exactly what they got.

Dunno if this is true or not.....
