Mixed Genre & Comic Tier Reference Guide

I nom, Vicky (Small Wonder) for elite-Street.

-She can lift a 200 pound man clear above her head with one hand by grabbing him by one of his ankles. She dented a car when it backed into her (she suffered no damage) and has some degree of Super speed. She doesn't need to eat or sleep due to being an android. She learns things at an accelerated level and is highly intellegent. The only reason I'm not nominating her for low-Meta is because, despite her intellegence and physical attributes, she could easily be outsmarted or taken advantage. This is due to her AI making it so that she interprets commands in their most literal definition.

I nom, Kyle Tregar and Jessie (Kyle XY) for mid-Meta.

- The following applies to both people.

They have incalculable intelligence due to being able to not only speed read, but comprehend and retain an entire book in seconds.

They are naturally adept at using computers to the point were they have full (though, not truly explored) control over electrical systems and various machines. Able to hack into computers with their minds. Kyle creates a working hover board in less than 2 days.

They can levitate by manipulating their bodies polarity to the extent of walking/running across bodies of water.

They have superhuman strength, speed and reflexes. They can also mimic physical movements and retain the skill permanently... as demonstrated when Kyle watched a karate movie and immediately displays martial arts skills. He also watches a basketball game and perfectly mimics Michael Jordan's skills.

Their brains are basically super-computers, able to calculate difficult equations in a matter of seconds and can recall detailed events via hologram-type memory. Kyle was also able to calculate the exact number of gumballs in a machine after looking at it for less than 10 seconds.

Their senses are far beyond the level of Wolverine and even border on those of Superman (but to a lesser degree). Kyle can hold an object and calculate it's weight down to milligrams. They can see in complete darkness. They can see dried blood as if a black light was on, they can also see heat.

Outwrd projection and manipulation of all things electrical. Kyle can power a lightbulb just by touching it. ]

Telekinesis.. which is a byproduct of their polarity control.

They can detect when somone lies or feels any kind of emotion, baically, they are empathic. They also possess a degree of
telepathy.

They can heal themselves and others; to the extent of curing cancer... though the cancer bit is theorized and never truly revealed to be fact. However, Kyle holds a girl with Cancer, the lights flicker and his nose bleeds (all signs that he is using his power) and the next day the girl reveals that her cancer is gone.

How can anyone in Bleach be High Herald if they can deastroy planets? To be at High Heralds then you have casual Planet busting powers the last time I check.

I vote for Crocodile and Sora at High Meta. And I vote for Dante (DMC - Sparda Form) for Elite Meta as well.

Your comment about Doomsday again helped my case. You brought up someone being damaged by an object but the person in DBZ that was damaged was far weaker than the person that did the damage so I showed you the same thing happening to Supes.

2. What are you talking about? He was talking about Recoome NOT being damaged by being sent through rock, which Superman was since it was Doomsday who hit him.

Here are the facts.

Kid Buu's blast which could only destroy a planet was UNABLE TO BE STOPPED by Goku and Vegeta, despite Cell's boasts of solar system busting, and admitted it would kill them. So this means though they can bust planets, a powerful enough planet buster is more than they can handle, and they can be killed by them. The difference between destroying a planet and a solar system is huge, and DBZ characters have not proven to be close to bridging that gap.

As for speed, you have yet to prove they are faster than a bunch of machs, you cannot prove they are even 1% of lightspeed, in movement or reflexes.

So yeah, nowhere near as strong as you think.

I nom Hao Asakura from Shaman King for Transcendent. Hao can suck souls out of anyone in the physical world, and was able to create a supernova that powerful enought to out-shines the whole galaxy.

I nominate Richter Belmont (from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night; he is the greatest, most powerful Belmont ever) for a mid tier "Iron Man" ranking for the following reasons:

1) He has superhuman reflexes and strength; can easily keep up with and both hit and evade attacks from Dracula himself and Alucard...has also proven himself capable of knocking around Alucard.

2) He has several very powerful AoE attacks that do great damage to beings that are evil and/or supernatural such as (the 1st can be used by Richter at any time; the others can only be used when he has invoked his "Unbridled Wrath"😉:

2a) Holy Cross: any enemies in the area of effect are assaulted with a barrage of Holy Cross's that damage his enemies on contact. This assault cumulates with a burst of pure white light that both damages and temporarily blinds its victims; this attack has a 30 foot range and a 30 second duration.

2b) Hydro Storm: Richter makes in rain Holy Water in a small area around his person for a short duration; 30 foot range, 30 second duration.

2c) Lighting Blast: Richter fires branches of magical lighting from his body in all directions with a very small area of effect; no more than about a foot or two from his body.

2d) Magical Axes: Richter summons a dozen magical battle axes which expand and fly out from his body...damaging all in the area of effect; which is perhaps within 30 feet of him...before they vanish.

3) Weapons: Richter carries a magical chain whip that can damage supernatural characters it comes into contact with. He can summon magical boomerangs, daggers, throwing axes, and vials of Holy Water to his hand simply by willing it. He also carries a bible on his person that can (but only when he is in "Unbridled Wrath" mode) be used to fire a powerful, concentrated, beam of holy energy at his target.

4) Unbridled Wrath: When hard pressed in combat, Richter can invoke his Unbridled Wrath. When in this amped up state, he begins to glow with a holy white aura...his chain whip becomes covered in, cleansing, magical fire, and he gains access to his most powerful abilities.

Add all of that up and I think he is fully deserving of a mid tier Iron Man ranking...what says the hive mind here? 🙂

You say you see errors, but you did not argue against them. It is in bad taste to simply say someone's post is flaawed without reasoning why.

Unless the difference between the beginning of the series and the Buu saga is a lot less than we've been led to believe, due mostly to extremely flashy power ups. Everything else does kinda look th same all the way through. O.o

Just to re-iterate:

Debating the merits of character placements is 100% legal and supported in this thread. It's not off topic or a derailment of the thread. There needs to be scrutiny.

As stated before, just keep it clean and don't attack eachother directly.

Also, please don't take the scrutiny of a character personally even if you have a vested interest as a fan.

It's only fiction, no need for harboring true animosity.

So that would mean the first character that could destroy Earth is power levels even scaled linearly (They do not really scale at all) would be Freeza in his second form, if Piccolo really had a PL of 350. Which he may not have, I am not really sure when during that year long period Gohan transformed, forgot.

Well given their tech, and individual skills I find them to be appropriately in that category if not high street.

They have created bases on the moon and time machines and tanks and all kinds of all terrain vehicles. I'll look up some videos for feats and all since I can't fully recall everything they have done.

Nigel himself has traded hands with Chad (274) who was the organization's best agent before Nigel surpassed him. Nigel and maintains an impressive amount of agility even while an adult.
