Low Street is for people who would count as badasses in real life but are really unimpressive in fiction land. Hence why I think Miyagi is Low Street. Good teacher but he really wasn't all that formidable himself. Kind of like Master Roshi (in DBZ, not in DB when he was one of the top fighters).

Have any of you guys seen the anime "X"? It's an kinda psuedo biblical apocalyptic tale with The Dragons of Earth Vs. The Dragons of Heaven and each person who is a dragon has a mental power (pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis, telekinesis, etc). Pretty dope, actually.

Anyway, I nominate Kamui and Fuma for High Meta. Possibly Low Herald, but Elite Meta should be efficient for a maximum. They're both extremely high end telepath/telekinetics.

I nom, Castiel (Supernatural) for elite-Herald.

-time travel.
-completely resistant to all form of physical attack and most forms of Supernatural attack.
-immortality
-healing, to the extent of reviving the dead no matter how they were killed.
-looking at his true form results in your eyes burning out.
-his true voice is enough to cause glass shattering echos.
-teleportation or flying at beyond ftl speeds (not sure which) most likely the flying.
-Superstrength
-one-touch KO (he can touch someone and they go unconscious)
-vast TP abilities (can appear in dreams and telepathically speak over limitless distances)
