I propose Asajj Ventress from Star Wars for Elite Street.
Reasons: she's a highly skilled lightsaber duelist able to competently dual wield sabres and fight against Obi Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker at the same time. She's also very agile and has ninja skills.
In terms of the force she isn't too impressive, but she was able to cause a rock slide with force pull.

I dont know where to put Super Saiyan 2 Goku. Hell, with just a small wave of his hand during his fight with Vegeta, the shock wave was destroying large boulders around them and then they were crushing through mountains, shedding them easily.
I put them above WWH and I think WWH is one of the strongest out there.

And Black Hair Goku kick frieza through two mountains which also shook the entire area they were fighting in. NO 40 tonner can do that, hell, I havent even seen a high herald punch or kick someone through two mountains.
I see you like using the 40 ton feat a lot when I can use a lot of showings involving EVERY high herald that would make them look far less weaker.
