Show me a street leveler fighting and moving so fast that they actually turn into a living tornadoe. Hell, I can boost it up, show me a high herald fighting at constant super speed like Goku did on this vid.

You do know that what I posted came directly from the manga and you do know that every thing that everyone in here posted about a character has been directly from the anime. I have been pulling up so many you tube video from posters in this thread that it is ridiculous. Of course you would try to tell me this though because you cant find a character performing these said feats.

So when Anime scans were posted by other people in this thread why didnt you tell them the same thing you just told me? I also posted manga scans like the one I posted where Nappa destroyed a city but again, Anime scans have been posted throughout this thread, why point me out (even though I already know why)?

Reasons: she's a highly skilled lightsaber duelist able to competently dual wield sabres and fight against Obi Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker at the same time. She's also very agile and has ninja skills.

In terms of the force she isn't too impressive, but she was able to cause a rock slide with force pull.

2-3% the speed of light. Pretty impressive.

Her best force showing that I can recall is when she caused a rockslide with the force that Yoda easily stopped. In her "fight" with Yoda she was utterly outclassed and didn't even pose a threat to him. Compare that to Dooku who matched Yoda and Sidious who exceeded him.

Though darth bane would definitly have to be high herald.

What's Mister Terrific's current placement? Because his T-Spheres are arguably much more potent (and versatile) than lightsabers are. I don't think he's even Low Meta.

If Asajj Ventress was placed in Low Meta she'd be one of the least powerful/versatile persons in the tier.

palpatine and luke would be pretty darn close to herald id think? their powers can affect their surroundings on a global scale
