So pretty much people would come to a consensus and say put surfer above thor and then mabye majin buu above surfer?

Essentially.

We're trying to determine where characters from outside of comics stand powerwise so that they can be matched up against mainstream comic book characters on a near equal footing.

It'll never be an exact science, but we'll have a constructive tool to mitigate and possibly head off future conflicts and "spite threads".

I honestly don't see Lu Bu in Low Meta when he's just a human with a higher degree of strength, yeah he's a beast, but I see him getting beat by Tim Drake even if he has a Hablerd. Also I think Kenshiro should be moved up one tier at least if not high meta.

but, come on. Apocalypse? He would crush her in less than a second via growing in size and flicking her into the sun. Most awesome anime ever. It's got blood and all the good stuff. But it is definitely rated at 18+(it has some bad stuff, not good for the kiddies)
