Well I'll admit I don't read IF and I'm not the best at this ranking thing but from what I assume, is that the things that puts him well over IF is his strength, durability and certain skillls like MT (Intangible counter) and Suieshin (I have Taskmaster's photographic reflexes now). That's in my honest unbiased opinion. However if you have time then I'm willing to listen why he should be in LM. I'm trying to stay unbiased and open, seems as if Ken is already getting a bad name over here.
Yeah, his durability is certainly better than Danny's, although Danny can use his chi to heal himself completely, and is becoming quite adept at it too.
Ken's lifting/stopping strength is above Danny's, but I would think their striking strength is pretty close, as Danny's chi-amped Iron Fist is, IMO, in the Class 100 area.
Additionally, Ken has things like MT and Suieshin that give him edges, although Iron Fist has a fair amount of other avenues of attack himself- ranged energy attacks, telepathy/mind raping via chi, charging any weapon or object with chi to make it incredibly more potent. IIRC, he's also gained precog-like senses through chi amping, though I'd need to double check that.
Where Iron Fist is strongest, Ken's a bit better, but the edge is small enough that it would make a pretty good fight, IMO.
On the bright side, Iron Fist doesn't sound absolutely ridiculous when he attacks, and has dialogue that doesn't pop my ear drums, so there's a plus.

Kenshiro doesn't have the raw power output of a low herald? What power out put do Gamora, Plastic Man, Hulk, and Juggernaut have? Anyway you look at it, Kenshiro the bad-ass is a low-herald.
Hulk can destroy a planet, Plastic Man alters his destiny, Gamora is misplaced and Juggs has super invulnerability. And again, don't cherry pick opponents for your boy, this is not about individual matchups.
Hmm...
Where would the characters from the Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel series fall? The show depicted Slayers as being superhuman (in the Wolverine/Spiderman area). Then there's Illyria who when depowered is still strong enough to crush cars with her bare hands, and at full power is a demigod.

So... street level.
I think something that a lot of people don't understand (including me from time to time) is that High Street usually entails either extreme skill or low level superhuman prowess or both.
I don't think any RL human that's ever lived has ever been High Street.

Well, most of the show was mainly fighting feats moreso than lifting feats. She was able to lift the hammer of Olaf the Troll God with ease and swing it around like it was nothing whereas Spike couldn't even pick it up. It's more implied strength than anything else. She's referred to as "Spider-man strong" in a few episodes, has some enhanced healing/speed/agility/endurance, but beyond that, nothing that would make me say she was beyond a say 500lb-Class 1 in strength. The only characters with measurable feats of strength would probably be Illyria, The Beast, and Glory (collapsing buildings, smashing/tossing cars). They were the heavy hitters.
I think she (Buffy) could be at the peak of High Street or lowest end of low meta.
Angel and Spike are probably high street and Gunn would be Mid Street and High Street/Low Meta during The Fall as a vampire.
Willow is probably high meta at her peak (able to destroy the world/recover instantly from fatal blows, and dispel magical barriers and spells like a bargain bin Scarlet Witch), but most of the time is probably low meta with her magic.
Not sure where to put Illyria, Glory and the Beast. Mid Meta+ likely.
