Wrong he can't lift tanks he can drive them but don't lift them. He can throw cars though, pretty far too.

Wrong, actually he doesn't have a self working HF at all, he can assimilate people and regenerate himself (I could be wrong on that though but I'm pretty sure). And he wasn't nuked like the bomb directly hitted him he escaped the blast zone with a helicopter.

I'm going with Omega for low meta, in the mid meta tier I don't see him beating the majority of people. His full potential could put him on the same level as beings like Amazo IMO (assimilation and power copiyng plus knowledge assimilation)
An Alex Mecer gauntlet would rock.

Dante= High Meta (composite one), Mid Meta=aproximate average stats from all 4 games.
Composite Dante=High Meta. Also, the tower running feat= Mach 5 speed (air starts burning around object at Mach 5). But then... when Karima Shapandar, Hellion and Ms Marvel are counted as Mid Meta, then I can rethink Dante's placement even in "composite" case. Mid to High Meta sounds pretty fair and not fanboyish. But then... there are lots of borderline cases between those two tiers and lot of mids who can give 50% of highs run for their money.
I come from Games VS, and I wouldn't put Mercer anywhere near High Meta, a lot of the mid Metas would make Mercer piss himself. 😬
-He was pretty far out of the way of the nuke, and took less than a 129600th of it's energy, which was further cushioned by water and a helicopter, it STILL liquified him, and he had to absorb the crow for more biomass.
-His healing factor is entirely dependant on OMNOMNOMing people, which he can't do easily, even civilians can throw him off. 😐
-He doesn't gain powers from people by nomming them, just the ability to look like them, he's the blacklight virus in human form and a shape-shifter.
Would support him for mid-meta.
I would put Harry Potter in Mid-Meta at the highest for the simple reason that he's a wierd case with wierd match ups.
Anyone with any kind of magic resistance or super-speed or super-reflexes will roflstomp him and his human durability/reflexes. The most powerful spells in the books can be defended against fairly simply, IIRC what protected Harry from Voldemort, his mawm's luv, <--spoiler? was considered a simple charm. Doesn't speak well featwise for the "piercing" power of HP spells, if you get me.
That aside, not many characters actually possess magic resistance, and Harry can abuse them terribly simply because of this. He's certainly not touching any heralds, and he might score a couple against a high meta or two, but he's at best low-mid meta, imho.
