You said that nothing can touch the Kyuubi.
The wood from Hashirama did, it grappled with it.
While it is true that Hashirama can control the Kyuubi, the Wood Jutsu itself is just that, wood.

You have yet to prove that the Kyuubi cannot be harmed, that statement has not proven true for any of the Tailed Beasts, why would it prove true for Kyuubi?
Also, for some feats for Kratos since he was brought up, he is easily class 100, being able to stop Atlas from crushing him, the same Atlas who supports the Earth, and he recently stopped Cronos, who has been carrying a practical mountain on his back for thousands of years. He has the reaction-time to deflect Zeus' lightning back at him, and can handle the speed of Hermes pretty handily. He is durable enough to tank the lightning bolt from Zeus that destroyed the gigantic Gaia's hand and knocked her off Mount Olympus when it was not even hitting her directly, hitting Kratos, and was able to catch the Blade of Olympus in his bare hands. It was wielded by Zeus, who is physically as strong as Kratos, the blade itself was capable of ending the Titan War in one gigantic blast, defeating the entire Titan army. Kratos now wields said Blade of Olympus, along with the Nemean Cestus which increase his physical striking power, and the hooks of Hades which allow him to rip out souls from his adversaries. The Golden Fleece also allows him to reflect attacks back towards the attacker.
