As for the ad hominem, call it what you like, he repeatedly got facts wrong so i came to the logical conclusion that, he hasn't read 'Naruto'. If he has read the manga, his retention or comprehension, is lacking. Nothing personal, i just deem it pointless to debate someone who isn't properly informed on the subject matter.

As it pertains to the Kyuubi's ranking, I still don't understand how Juggernaut is a herald, but the 9tails isn't. When you factor in it's HF, the Kyuubi has relatively the same amount of resistance to damage that Juggernaut has, plus, it can doll out far more damage than Juggernaut can ever hope to.

The thing can destroy a mountain with a wave of it's hand... Superman can't even do that, and he's high-herald. 😬

What facts have I gotten wrong?

Kyuubi has the same resistance to damage as the Juggernaut? Juggernaut has taken a God-Blast without injury from Thor, show me a single durability feat from Kyuubi to compare. More destructive? Juggernaut could lift one of those mountains and throw it to space, he is a brick so he lacks any explosive or more destructive methods of attack, but he would crush the Kyuubi.

It was a wave of its tail actually... Which has not actually been proven to be true, but Superman could look at a mountain and annihilate it with heat vision. He could lift the Himalayas and throw it into space. Superman would kill the Kyuubi with a slap.

Superman has destroyed moons and his punches have been described as planet destroying.

Juggernaut is low herald due to feats that show he has strength on par with other herald levelers and durability that puts him above even Superman. I imagine he's only in low herald due to lack of versatility. He is physically the most powerful being in his class.

You're misguided, nobody in Naruto has shown being close to Superboy, let alone Clark.

So if you think your character is able to beat half the people on the list or even many on the list chances are that character is a good bet to be on that tier.

I would add that they should, in certain conditions (not having to quickdraw against speedesters, and some like that) hang with people in the next upper tier, and then lose.

The Kyubbi cannot hang with high heralds.

No one in the HST (Naruto, Bleach, One Piece) are at herald level. Any low level herald would solo Naruto, and Kyuubi should be at High Meta at the best.

Where does Captain Jack Harkness fit in? He can't be killed permanently. His healing feats are ridiculous, far beyond anything Wolverine or Juggernaut has done.
