Like I said, the energy has to be focused into a point in order for it to destroy a planet. If the energy is allowed to spread out, the most damage it can do would be something relative to a nuke.
Yup. I'm just pointing out that the clash of their energy did not bubble out and envelop the entire solar systemx2.

Which is basically the only way a beam can be a solar system buster is if its the size of a solar system... Or if it swept around to hit everything. Neither case happened. But yes you're right.

The energy caused rocks to rise, and was gradual destroying the area. But, it wasn't planet busting in the sense that it would have totaled the planet with on it's own. In order to destroy the planet, they need to concentrates their ki into a point and drill their Ki into the planets core.
Rocks rise and are destroyed all the time they power up after a certain point.

It's not really that big a deal though, Vertigo did that in the comics.

"Filler?" That is a fanbase word and stop using it becasue it does not exist.

It is in the Anime where the Nameks can feel the power. Not too mention that the planet was crumbling nd Gohan was scared of destroying earth.

Yes it is Solar System destroying power.

The planet wasn't crumbling - at worst, there was an Earthquake in the nearby city. Goku told Gohan not to worry about the damage to the Earth, but after it was all said and done, the only damage that was left was a crater that was smaller than those made in the Saiya-jin saga.

Oh, and namek are Ki-sensitive. Hence, they could feel ki, and hide their ki in the Freeza saga againt Freeza's lesser henchmen.

And, hence, Saichourou could feel Gohan's and Kulilin's potential.

You could say that Cell thinks that he could destroy a solar system. You could say that TOEI thinks that Nameks could feel cell from lightyears away.

You could not, however, say that Dragonball thinks that Cell could destroy a solar system - considering that Dragonball isn't an animate being. Considering that Dragonball CAN'T think.

And, you DEFINITELY can't say the person behind Dragonball, the CREATOR of Dragonball thinks that Cell could destroy a solar system, considering he had the damage to the entire planet be pitiful, and never showed anything resembling solar system destruction on panel.

Ever.

👇 You lost. 😬.

No it doesn't. You just said it can't, being the twit that you are. 🙄

Prove to me that Gohan allowed the blast to destroy other planets?

Prove to me the extent and length of the blast?

Otherwise be silent because you are just ranting.

What are you talking about?

You said cell could one shot the solar system, but Gohan with a Super Kamehame shot cells remians into space and the solar system was fine. Why wasn't the solar system vaporized by Son Gohans attack?

Guess you don't know what story telling is. 🙄

Toriyama was showing off (one of his traits) his storytelling, anyone with more than one brain cell who has ever read a comic book would see that.

Do you think Toriyama just had Cell say that for no reason what so ever? Do you actually understand the concept of story telling??!!

Toriyama has wrote the words in cell's mouth stating that he can destroy an ENTIRE Solar System, you whiners can drone about how he's not a scientist and what ever crap you say (LOL like THAT is relevent). But the author decides what his characters can do...end....of ....story

Agreed - totally.

The Author decided that Cell could boast about his unbeatable power - that was beaten.

The Author decided that Cell could NOT destroy the Solar System - nor could Gohan, who had a Kamehameha that EASILY enveloped Cell's.

The Author decided that neither of his characters could destroy a solar system - though he decided one of his characters could claim to.

YouTube video

After checking out this vid, it would appear that the energy converts into air.

And I told you to.....

Prove to me that the blast didn't dissipate?

Tell me the distance and time of the balst?

What is the size of Dragonball's Earth?

Otherwise be silent.

Oh, and for reference.

Nappa powering up had as much effect on the Earth as Cell powering up. Both times, the Earth was said to be 'shaking.'

Nappa also levelled an entire city - an area MUCH larger than the crater caused in the Cell saga.

Wow....I guess Nappa could one-shot a Solar System too, hm?

Look at the vid I just posted, the blast doesn't even pass the moon. 😆

The Author couldn't let the Solar System be destroyed because it would have ENDED his DAMN manga!!!!!

There is a reason why Author's don't let crap get destroyed when their is a super battle.

I am going to ask your repugnant ass again.

Prove to me the distance between Dragonball's earth and moon?

That's your explanation to support your one shot theory, no where did it say he could one shot the solar system. He just said that he could destroy the solar system, how does that translate to one-shot?

The distance is irrelavant, since that was not the point. The solar system is still there, so your one shot theory is history.

Oh, I see what you mean now. I must have been confused before.

Since Dragonball Z doesn't have any 'captions' the characters have to be both themselves AND a narrator, right?

No, that is COMIC BOOK LANDS explanation on super battlles, period.
Cell STATED that he has the power to DESTROY THE ENTIRE Solar System.....ENTIRE...ENTIRE.

That means one shot.

Like in the Buu saga when the solar system was destroyed? And the manga didn't end right away?

After he destroyed the earth, he destroyed 800 planets off-panel.
He didn't do it in one-shot, despite being much stronger than cell.
