Well I finally finished the Ichigo Kurosaki respect thread. The mans a hell of a lot mot powerful than I remembered he was. he probably takes most of the people in the high meta tier easily. There was just a dumb fanboy there (lionheartmm), who believed that Dante truly moves on light speed. Also he said that Dante can defeat Living Tribunal, basing that statement on twisted interpetation of SMT:Nocturne ending. Dante's greatest speed is even not truly subluminal, more like 1-2% of lightspeed, and that's speed of flight in his high demonic form (Sparda form) (see Dante's first fight with Mundus, DMC1 game).
Games vs comics matchups aren't that bad if made properly, pr1983...
In straight up matchup like "Astonishing X-Men vs Supes" speedblitz trump card is what comes to the table first.
But if Superman flies high in the sky and doesn't know about Emma, and Emma on the other hand gets some desent equipment (she's quite adept at making electronic equipment that works with psionic powers, amplifying them or using psionic energy for different effects- her prep skills are underrated, so I'm not talking just about Cerebra)- it's possible for her to successfully hack Supes' mind...

By the way, guys, what's the most annoying (from your point of view)PIS stuff happened to your favourite characters?
To me it's Emma getting brick to the head in X-Men 154 (I think) and her stupid fight with Sue Storm in X4 (Emma was written awfully, but had she been written well, the whole stories wouldn't have happened).

In fact, Dante's combat speed with Alastor has been described pretty much in the same words as Thor's one- "quick as lightning". Here's an example of that (notice that the shards around him appear almost frozen from Dante's point of view when he performs that kata, yet he doesn't use his time manipulation powers in that cutscene- he just moves that quick).

Actually that's nothing odd with it. When Psylocke was temporary blind, she used her TP to perceive the world via eyes of those who surrounded her.
Just a decent TP feat...and a good example of sophisticated TP. As well as downloading neseccary knowledge (combat skills etc) from the minds of your opponents into your allies' minds or sharing that knowledge between teammates via TP.

I think she got so skilled with it, that she was able to go skiing.
