Well power is one thing,a nd reality is another, we all know that the Gauntlet doesn't work in the DC universe.... but in the Marvel Universe the Gauntlet has all power this means that Thanos with the Gauntlet would most deffinately take out the Anti Monitor, reality will always win over power especially when it is absolute mastery over reality, if they fought he would only need to remove his power. In the DC universe it would be another story, but he would still have to contend with Galactus, Chronos, Mistress Death (Death is above him or he would not have benn dispatched), Mephisto, the Celestials, Watcher, Epoc, Order and Chaos, Love, Hate, all of earths heros... ther are more, he just doesn't stand a chance... and when you throw Thanos into the mix, he's done for.

Spectre pwns in this fight. If the Presence wants Thanos dealt with...then Thanos will be dealt with. I think Quanchi made the comment earlier...that Thanos could blink these guys out of existence. Thanos can blink the Wrath of God out of existence????? Well, I've got news for you...it is possible for the Presence to give Spectre the ability to blink Thanos out of existence.
