NO. Thanos was only omnipotent within his omnireality. The presence has shown Omnipotent OUTSIDE of Reality. The Presence is also omnicient and omnipresent. he wins handily.

Actually there are on panel references showing that the Presence isn't supreme. Thanos became everything the Almighty was. So when you are saying the Presence would beat Thanos, you are saying DC's supreme is greater than Marvel's supreme which is absolutely biased and not true.
