Yeah Talisman would lose as Black Alice even stole Dr.Fate's, Zatanna, Black Adam, and of course...the SPECTRE'S power so yeah she should steal Talisman power as she hasn't shown a limit especially taking over the Spectre

Hence why Blair, aka 'That cheap bastard' used her in one of the herald tournies. durfist Though it later came out that she should have been kicked because Blair misrepresented her powers. 😛

They put a limit on her at least, like she couldn't summon Spectre's powers haha
