Well, apparently they DID 'tackle and cuff' him, because next we see he's on the ground, completely surrounded.
no, they continue being good little officers, trying to escort him away, then an officer scoops him up and carries him down the aisle. THEN the vid cuts to him on the ground.

Now, that's really not on the video.
you didnt see the part where he is pulling away from the offiers, then turns and tries to run?

Yeah, so what do you think happened in between those two events? They had a tea party?

The guy was down. He couldn't harm anyone.

So, why taser a guy AFTER he's subdued? What happened before the submission is irrelevant, according to the law.

Your answer is shit and one of revenge, cops aren't paid to do revenge. Keep dodging though, it's very telling.
it's not one of shit and revenge. it's about how if the guy had kept his cool, he would have never gotten himself into the predicament he was in.

Another option would have been to hogtie him and carry him away, risk injuring him. would that have been better?

I saw him try to break free...yeah...

I mean to be fair he is a Drama Queen, no doubt about it. But if they actually tasered him (and everything points at it) that was uneeded. As well as their charges being ridiculous.

He should STFU and the Officers should have chilled.

one minute he is being carried like a bawling baby, next he is on the ground. alot could have happened in those few seconds.

let me ask you this. why were the officers there in the first place?

Let me ask you this. Why do you NEVER answer a question directed at you?

For the 50th+ time, what he did BEFORE his submission is completely irrelevant, he could have shot Kerry in the nuts, that doesn't give the cops a right to taser him AFTER he has ceased posing a threat.

The FACT remains that he was tasered AFTER he was subdued, not before, AFTER .

To protect and serve.

Now, care to answer my earlier question? I have answered all of yours.

and he wasnt even giving Kerry a chance to answer, dude was just going off. Kerry was like "Yes, I..." AND "Well, I have read..." 😆

I personally think it would have been best if the biggest guys of the group of cops picked him up by his arms and legs and walked him out the front door. Have another on pull a cruiser up front, and toss him in.

Is there more potential for him to get hurt, of course, but as we see now, tasering is seen as more aggressive (if less painful) than full physical restraint.

Honestly, I bet it was way less comfortable for the guy as he was being held down or held in handcuffs than the actual tasering (I'm not trying to say it would be plesant).

Yeah, what a moron...haha...exactly like the Cops...saw that? Tasering him while he was lying on the floor weeping 😆

sometimes it is best to answer a question with a question, and let that lead to the answer. sometimes the person asking the initial question has their question answered when they answer the question asked of them.

A few seconds is a very short amount of time so no, not much could actually have happened.

And even so, it does not matter. It does absolutely NOTHING to change the fact that he was tasered AFTER he was subdued, on the ground, and surrounded. Even if he WAS a threat at some point, he wasn't one anymore.

Good god, this is like talking to a brick wall.

A bullshit answer and another dodge.

Here is were I disagree Lana.

Putting a suspect in handcuffs does not guarantee the indivual is totally subdue. The suspect could still cause harm to a peace officer by kicking, head butts, biting, or using his body to inflict pain. The indivual did NOT respond it in a reasonable manner. An average person in these situations obeys the directions given by the officer. Screaming and trying to struggle only increases the risk of an officer using more force.

No, you didn't.

Cowardly.
