Student gets arrested and tasered at John Kerry Forum

RJ, even though we went through this for 4-5 pages last night/early morning. Let re-statement a question. There are two absolute facts, that we can see from the video, before they tasered him:

1) He was on his belly and was surrounded by 4 officers, with at least 1 other standing by.

2) His hands were pinned behind his back.

So, considering those two facts, what justification can you give for the officers using tasers?

glad you think I am being cute. 😄

and he SHOULD have just stepped down, none of this would have happened if he would have either:

a. stepped down

b. behaved like a responsible adult

Agreed.

And the Cops should have just not tasered him.

what justification can you give for him acting like a complete imbecile, resisting, trying to run? one thing led to another, it should never have gotten that far in the first place.

honestly, if I were one of the cops, I'd have subdued him then and there, on stage. trying to escort him out only added fuel to the fire, enraged him even further. THAT was their biggest mistake.

No, tasering was their biggest mistake.

Now, do not dodge and actually answer the question

At least have the decency to answer my question, before you ask me one.

My answer to the above: It's his right to act like an idiot, that is completely irrelevant though, to him being tasered AFTER he was subdued.

So, care to answer now?

the cops not subduing him earlier LED to him on the ground, and the tazing. nip the problem in the bud early, no more problems, no tazing. one thing leads to another.

I am in no position to justify anything, just like you are not in any position to question it. the video is not that great. now, had you and I been there, right there watching it, things would be different.

honestly, he is lucky he got out of this with only a tazing. the moment he resisted and tried to run, he was moving towards Kerry. he is lucky he didnt get an ASP upside his head.

Dodge...

There are two facts we know for certain; I wrote them out for you. You can also verify them for yourself, from the video.

1) He was on his belly and was surrounded by 4 officers, with at least 1 other standing by.

2) His hands were pinned behind his back.

So, considering those two facts, what justification can you give? What he did prior to being subdued is irrelevant, according to the law.

"Not subduing him earlier"

Earlier? Like, what, before he did anything at all?

One thing always leads to another, but still killing 5 million Jews was the bigger mistake not Hitler's Mom not breast feeding him when he was 2 and a half.

And he LAY ON THE GROUND.

No running. He got tasered on the ground.

Lying there.

Begging not to be tasered.

And I am in every position to question their decision. You are trying to make excuses, cause you like Cops. Forget that. Look at it objectively. Realize they used excessive and unnecessary force.

While asking his question the police just up and grabs him, he struggles, and they taser him and take him away.

Anata Wa Wakarimasu Ka.....

I hate arrogant, know-it-all, look-at-me brats. The only time I don't have a problem with some wacko yelling in a crowd is in Queensryche's Speak.

no, earlier, like when he was flailing about, resisting, running away from them TOWARDS Kerry. THATS when I would have tackled him and cuffed him.

A few pages later, Innerrise changed his stance and felt the tasering was justified, because this "jerk" had ruined the Harry Potter ending for some people in a book-signing line in a previous hijinx.

Well, apparently they DID 'tackle and cuff' him, because next we see he's on the ground, completely surrounded.

Now, that's really not on the video.

Your answer is shit and one of revenge, cops aren't paid to do revenge. Keep dodging though, it's very telling.

No, there is the "reason" why you won't answer. Not the answer. Very, very, very different.
