Anyhow, I am not sure with whom I ought to side on this one. I believe that the use of a taser was far too...extreme of a measure, especially considering the sheer number of officers present. On the other hand, the person's actions were inappropriate. Not only was he being disruptive, but he was resisting "arrest" (not sure if they were just escorting him out or arresting him).
In the end, I think that someone should have just Virginia Tech'd the entire thing for lulz.
