So far I'm loving my journey, I can't seem to put the game down and with how easy it is to interact with others makes me so happy. This game's amazing 😄, not regretting my purchase one bit.

edit: Seems others here have gotten farther than me anyway due to having more spare time. Am only a short ways before getting my last gym badge. >.> Looking forward to catching Mewtwo after I get to the Pokemon Village though/beat the Pokemon League. Now THAT will be something I'll dedicate to super training all the way with, in addition to a select few or couple.

Does anyone know if/where I can get a Kabuto/Kabutops? Because I REFUSE to go without having one!

You're screwed. You may be able to get him in friend safari if you luck out) or the GTS, otherwise, I don't think he can be gotten.

I've tried checking other sources, but all of the information is preliminary. I rationalized that Aerodactyl would make that possible.

Should that logic fail me, I can at least fall back on Black/White transfer.

Speaking of Aerodactyl, still haven't had any luck in finding Old Amber from smashing rocks, and I usually break every rock in sight when exploring caves and routes. Guess it's really rare or something, and I've had the mega stone for Aerodactyl quite awhile now too.

So finished the Pokmeon League and stuff earlier. Actually found the ending satisfying, with what happens with the big tall guy before the credits roll and all. The rest of the ending though is the kind of cheesy stuff you would expect from Pokemon.

Suppose next I might go to that cave I couldn't enter before that's connected to the Pokemon Village so I can finally catch Mewtwo again. Since I have X version, I guess something like an adamant or jolly nature would be one of the best natures for Mewtwo for once due it its physical half-fighting megaform?

Oh, on that note, I wonder where you do get Mewtwo's mega stone. mmm

I think his fighting form is Y exclusive. You'd want to keep it like a more powerful MewTwo.

You get it at the same place you catch Mewtwo. Although, when I did catch Mewtwo, I had already upgraded my Mega Ring so you may have to do that first.

Nah, it's in X. Super Buu is in Y.

Now that I have caught all the legendary pokemon (in Y) and got them all supremely trained....my next mission is to catch a bunch of Eevee's, get every evolution, and make a battle ready team out of them!

How do I transfer from Black/White to X/Y?

I've never transferred between games, so I have no idea how it's done.

I may be a bit late on this but what does Tipping actually do? I've put my pokemon journey on hold cause through wonder trade I received a Japanese ditto so I'm trying to Masuda method a shiny Charmander (overrated maybe, but I've wanted one for so many years I decided this is the time lol) and through out all my pokemon journeys from the start to now I've never encountered a shiny and well I was looking for the shiny charm but I guess it's not known yet if one is in x/y? Although I've been hearing rumors tipping could help up chances for a shiny?

Now idk how much truth there is to it, it sounds a lot like using strength on that truck back in the day but could anyone shed some light on this for me?

idk if the rumors are true but I have seen a shiny geodude. So I guess its possible.

The Looker Bureau side quests in Lumiose (post-game) were... interesting. Had an alright story to them, but I feel kinda ripped off as far as the time spent on 'em, as you don't really get anything out of it, be a Pokemon, certain item, or something.

Questioning now too if dat Zapdos (only legendary I have left to get on my version) is even worth the trouble, with what you have to do to get it. Had caught a Pikachu with a modest nature near the start of my game (beginner's luck I guess), so I might be good far as electric types.

Guess I'll finally hunt for the other mega stones I can get though at least during the 8-9 PM hour since I upgraded my mega ring a couple days ago. After that it'll be super training time!
