Uh, the "fight" consisted of Guy blasting SBP, SBP grabbing his neck about to snap it, and Hal interfering. There was no "fight." And then SBP broke Hal's arm and the Supermen saved him.

1. Superman wasn't stated to be weakened and, you know, has a healing factor
2. SBP was weakened
3. Being cheapshotted doesn't lower his durability. You're more prone to being rocked or KOed by blunt force you'r unprepared for, but his skin and organs don't suddenly become easier to penetrate because he wasn't expecting it. He HAD A HOLE BLEW THROUGH HIM. By a WEAKENED SBP.

Thanos was stunned by one shot and later two shots by Masterson Thor's hammer in IG. This is similar to taking 5 shots from it.

They tried numerous tactics before that. Besides, they fought smarter than most heroes have fought against Thanos. , Starlin is notorious for writing stories where Thanos and Adam Warlock are the only characters with functioning braincells.

Doomsday does not have feats as good as Prime's. Even in his best showings, Superman managed to hold his own one on one with DD for pages. And Doomsday's biggest win was a sucker against Darkseid. Not as impressive as SBP's showings against Ion, Guardians, or The Anti-Monitor.
As far as Doomsday vs. the Guardian, you're ignoring context:
1. Doomsday had a GL ring, and slaughtered WAVES of GLs with it. The narration stated how extreme his willpower was.
2. The Guardian was clearly more powerful than Doomsday at first, even with the GL ring. Doomsday was stalemating the Guardian, aside from having a GL ring, because his evolution powers were allowing him to start adapting to the energy.
Let's put it this way: If Doomsday had the Twilight Sword and was adapting to the fires of Muspelheim, then him stalemating Surtur would be nowhere near as big a deal as it would be otherwise.

Bart as Impulse has a win over Extant. Wally has a win over The Anti-Monitor. The Flashes are walking plot devices, and yet Wally and Jay combined had to basically use up all their power just to help stop SBP, and then it took aide from Barry as well. Using the Flashes as an example is stupid.
As for Kon, he did better against SBP than Black Adam or J'onn because it was his big death scene. In the same comic, SBP took shots from Breach, Lady Quark, and Nightshade (who seriously weakened Superman) without slowing down, and he laughed off Black Adam's attacks.
Besides, Thanos has bled from a kick by Gamora.
