Thanos has better resistance (since he has studied the arts somewhat) to magic while SS has none.

It's like saying Batman has stood unfazed in front of kryptonite so he must be >Superman in durability.

Surfer has fought in a black hole and come off a lot better than when Thanos was exposed to one.

Thanos stood with Odin for awhile, but like I said we don;t know if Odin was holding back or not. What we do know is prime will not be holding back on Thanos...and there isnt anything to indicate that Thanos could match Prime blow for blow. Im not even taking Primes speed into account here so just imagine how outmatched Thanos really is.

Thanos was trapped inside the black hole... it closed on him. He had to get out through force, not speed. Not exactly the same thing...
Plus, we don't know how long Thanos was exposed to it.

Still looked like was rocked a lot by it, I doubt Thano could take the speed force and come out of it like Prime did.

What would you say that the blasts were? Odin is a magic being foremost. Would you say they were PC? Lightning? What energy outside of magic can KO SS that easily?

SS has no resistance to magic...it's definitely a weakness.

Galactus has KO'ed Surfer easier than that... and Galactus uses the Power Cosmic. Surfer uses the Power Cosmic. Thanos doesn't... Thanos didn't get KO'ed...

However, unfortunately... it was because of Odin's level of power, rather than magic being a weakness. And when the hell has magic ever been a weakness for Surfer? He's punked Loki before... fought with Meph. He's synthesized the Odin power.
Sure magic has punked him before, but so have other power sources.

Plus, Odin's blasts aren't as plotty as Strange's, nor do they work the same. If anything, they are more like Cosmic blasts.

Magic knife went through Surfer like butter.

Galactus can kill Thanos or Surfer due to the fact that he's simply that much more powerful than either one. Thanos also used shields in his encounter..something I doubt SS did.

Thanos is versed somewhat in the mystic arts while SS isn't. Odin like you said, is a divine being. He's based in magic. Bad for SS...but easier for Thanos to deal with.

Must we all forget that Odin comments on THanos dark source of energy being nearly as limitless and ODin's own. THanos abviously taps some dark magic.
