Pis is plot induced stupidity, like when something dumb happens for the purpose of the plot. I.E deadpool getting blood from hulk with a simple street light.
CIS is character induced stupidity, when a characters not using their powers in a fight, I.E spidey's spidersense not going off, or he can't lift a car in a fight.
Its different and more specific than the crap writing argument, because it refers to the characters rather than the final product.

actually the two are more times than not interelated...
yes he does....if it appears that he does not..he's either mind controlled...or cis is in action...point is wolverine has consistantl proven to be precise...for instance wolverine: agent of shield....he's slashing his way through literal piles of super villains and he's hitting them all at vital points...he even makes a comment about it....thought comment but nonetheless...

He also removed Cyc's appendix and I know of three seperate examples of him cutting and STABBING flys! Thats right he has stabbed flys!

Hulk and Sabre are melee fighters that fight on his terms but better, of course he would get some swipes in, give me some long claws and extra durability I can flail around and hit bruce lee.

90% of Marvel is melee fighters with partial invulnerability guys that would drop to the group and bleed to death if Wolverine stabbed them... be he just slashes the surface unless the guy also has a healing factor.
EDIT: And Cyc schooled Wolverine after that whole Protus thing, doesn't really count IMO
again you want to debate the use of pis cis...but "cyk flooring wolverine" is acceptable?
how so? sabretooth a character with more durability and superstrength broke his hand on wolverine's face...cyclops is not excatly sabretooth...but that's not pis or cis now is it? 🙄
thing is hulk is not a better fighter but he's faster and more durable than namor in h2h on land.... sabretooth is faster and more durable than logan and just a notch below in fighting ability......but wolvie hits them.....
deadpool has superstrength increased speed and reflexes, a highly effective healing factor and is a class 7 fighter....yet logan hits him....a lot...
