Plot devices is the only reason that Namor would win the majority. I'm simply bringing into question the ridiculousness of stating that a character wins because of something as simple as them being able to do something to the other person instead of acknowledging what will happen.

Wolverine's more skilled, and has equivolent, and more numerous feats of speed. Why assume Namor's more capible of tossing Wolverine around when Wolverine's the better fighter, with the long reach?

I'm pretty sure the heart is a pretty vital part of your body, I'm also pretty sure it's located in your chest at least near to where Logan stabbed him. Namor even talks about how Logan tried to kill him.

Knew or assumed, does it matter? Namor didn't think that would cause him to be seriously hurt.
Logan didn't deny the claim that he tried to kill Namor.
It is beside the point if he actually stabbed him in the heart or not, the point was the intent.

Namor says Logan tried to kill him, Logan doesn't deny it.

yea and that were you lack of knowledge on wolverine character hurts you. It part of Logan personality. He does not care what you think. If you think he tried to kill you he not gunna deny it even if he was not trying to. For instances in oneof his very first apearences in uncanny x-men storm assumed when Logan said he was going hunting, that he was planing to kill the animal............and Logan never denied it........even though all he was planning to do with tag it.
so Logan not denying namor claims means absolutly nothing and you would know this if you fallowed wolverine comics.
