When it comes to Wolverine, I'm always right. 😎
Fact of that mater is Wolverine was designed to beat melee bricks. He has top tier damage soak, and thanks to his Adamantium weapons his attacks are just as lethal to a high end brick as they are a baseline human. Those abilities, coupled with his skill and speed, he is a nightmare for any character that has to engage in melee combat, and fortunately that includes Namor.
No character with Namor's basic power set can beat Wolverine. Super strength and high end blunt damage resistance is simply not enough to counter Wolverine's advantages, and that is just the reality of the situation. Wolverine beats any and all melee bricks who lack a) legitimate combat super speed, b) true invulnerability / a regenerative healing factor fast enough to be effective during combat, c) viable ranged combat capabilities, or d) a more esoteric ability like tk / tp / intangibility / force-fields ect. Namor doesn't have any of those abilities. Wolverine's powerset is by design the counter powerset for engaging typical bricks. His healing factor affords him damage soak that allows him to eat class 100 punches, and his Adamantium claws gives him 100% armor pen against characters with top tier durability. He was made to beat characters like Namor, and he will.
Any melee based character who can't completely no sell Wolverine's attacks (ie Juggernaut), heal fast enough to repair the damage the moment it happens (ie Hulk), or move fast enough that Wolverine will be unable to touch him (ie Quicksilver) will be unable to beat Wolverine in combat. Simple, but true.

On point.
As for this fight... Wolverine 8/10.

You honestly don't see where Thanos falls with in that criteria? Even prior to becoming immortal, and virtually invulnerable Thanos had completely molecular control of his body which afford him a healing factor, he has even able to regenerate from a skeleton. I mean... figure it out. I don't feel as though I'm being cryptic.

This (you left out BFR but I get your point). From what I've seen on panel, Namor doesn't have what it takes (unless he gets EXTREMELY lucky).
Bada there is a slight difference in this thread to the other one. BFR is not off in this one, which would be Namor's saving grace if he fought Wolverine that was going all out. One punch from Namor could send Wolverine miles away. However if he were trapped within a setting that neither could escape until only one is left standing, Wolverine would win.
A battle between the two of these guys really depends on the place that the fight takes place.
