Physics left comics along time ago. Everyonce and a while it makes a brief stop in but for the most part it is long gone.
How often does someone going flying across the country when they are slugging it out with a brick? One maybe two times out of a hundred? It just doesn't happen. Even the Hulk ways under half a ton, if he was hit by Spider-man he should be sent flying blocks, but that doesn't happen. If we are going to bring physics into Namor wouldn't even need to hit Wolverine, someone in his strength class could just flail his arms wildly with enough force to rupture all organs in Wolverine's body and turn him into mush... but that isn't how it works in comics.
