It's really a sad story...nobody was using that island and Namor only wanted to live there and not do any harm to anyone since he had left Atlantis. But USA couldn't take it and they rather bombed the island then let Namor live there.
Edit: Maybe he's a terrorist. The USA will be after him soon...

Namor has never fought with full power in any of their fights. In the second fight, he was pussyfied for some reason, and it is obvious PIS. (Reasons also said many times). Since PIS doesn't count, your point is moot.
Since this is a forum fight, Namor will actually fight with full power. Dozens of Class 100 punches will rain at Wolverine's head while Namor dodges every slash he even attempts to make (which he wont, since he isn't able to do nothing while Namor is punching him).
Come up with something new.

Lets see...well, the most glaring piece of blatant PIS from the issue is Namor acting peacefully after Wolverine had killed his advisor in front of his eyes. Namor doesn't act peacefully...ever...especially if Atlantean has been killed. Let's see history about Namor's fights against this type of Things:
An Alien woman, Tamara, who previously had attacked Atlantis but had been forgiven, was captured by U.N, even though she had done nothing wrong. Did Namor talk to them peacefully? Hell no, he made a invasion force and held New York captive until Tamara was freed.
Doom slapped a woman that Namor thought was his mother. Did Namor hover around him and had a peaceful chit-chat with him?

So, how do you think that Namor would act if someone murdered an Atlantean in front of his eyes? Not like he acted in that comic. And that really makes the whole fight PIS, and can't be used in VS fights.
Unless you want to make a Versus match with Wolverine against Mahatma Gandhi in Namor's body.
