for example:
hank mcCoy was born a mutant because his father worked in a chemical lab and absorbed mad radiation.

his father's x-gene was dormant but it was expressed in his son, thus beast.

He could manifest the Phoenix force, and could access every mutant ability on earth. He also didn't rely on hyperspace like the 616 ver.

He only had like 3 appearances but hes definitely above the 616 version.
