Thanx alot for theAkuma vid. I never knew Akuma could do the SGS like that. I was just playin' my sister and her boyfriend and get this.

You know how most peeps see you miss a HP Shoryuken and try to hit you when you land? They sure got their day ruined when I came down wit an SGS. LMAO. OR force them to block an air Hadouken and SGS them at the same time. Timin' is really hard for me but when you see a guy all the way on the other side of the screen jumpin' and punchin' wildly you kinda don't wanna get close so I got enough time to hit it right.

I wanna go online so badly now, but I erased my profile on mistake and don't feel like makin' a new one.

Akuma is a turtle in SFIV, but SFIV is a return to "tactics" to the speak so that's just the way the game plays.

Means you are not adjusting but it does not make Akuma a weaker character.

Agreed.

You can also do it with Ex Tatsumaki > Ultra when they are cornered.

I kind of like Abel.

Abel is cool. Its also quite easy to link his ultra.

CHP > Ultra

He is also quite handy against FB spam whores.

Though IMO anyone that knows his character well can overcome them with ease.

Don't know why, but when I was on Live, Abel was really easy to grab. It was like his moves went through me like I was a ghost when I reached out for him wit Sagat or Ken.

From what I've experienced people tend to pick Abel, Bison, Rose and Blanka to try and counter Ryu. Problem is most of these guys expect every shoto player to be a scrub. They wind up beaten 90% of the time.

The GameFAQs board cracks me up. All they do is complain about people using Ken(and to a less extent the rest of the shotos) Its practically a sin to main any of them.

The funny thing about the whinners is that most of them can't even handle the scrubs.

Replace Ken with Ryu/Gouki and it works for them as well. Oh and Gouki scrubs have another tendency--Airdoken and GoHadoken.

not to mention they usually attempt full screen SGS and get mad when it doesn't connect -_-

It cracks me up when they start jabbing thin air and moving back and forward trying to pull it off.

Its like a sign reading "I'm trying the Shungokusatsu, but I suck so please end my misery."

Well, it does get boring playing against the same character over and over again, especially when most people just spam one move over and over.
