I have found myself saying the same thing in "vs. The Flash" threads.
If Silver Surfer went all out in all of his fights, there would be a sh*tload of dead heroes. But he doesn't. Usually, when he is defeated, he is either trying to reason with someone, or fighting a being of far greater power.
But this isn't a comic book. Superman won't have to just stand there, Flash moves/thinks/attacks much faster than he can. Superman can't avoid the attack. He isn't fast enough. He can't even run away. Not only is the Silver Surfer faster, he's more powerful as well. Much more powerful.

There are two examples below. One he blows up a planet while fighting. Two, a scan he's battling faster than the speed of light.😆 😆 🤣 😆
Sweet... I love Surfer. Just so badass... Anyhoo, if you say Superman wouldn't let Surfer hit him, he doesn't have a choice. He's much too slow to avoid many hits, being a whole lot slower than Surfer. Speed is important, but not all important. Flash would lose to Superman because though he is much faster, he's way too weak. Surfer has plenty of power to easily destroy Supes, plus a range advantage.
This has been gone over many many times... Superman moves at about 10% the speed of light, Surfer moves well beyond the speed of light. Therefore, Surfer is at least 10 times faster than Superman. It's comparing a car going 10 mph with one going 100mph. Big difference. (This is post crisis supes, pre crisis was a lot faster)
Ok, on to Juggernaut. If this is a space rock, because of its basically perfect spherical shape, it has to be at least planet sized. And since the explosion was caused by Morg and Surfer, and Surfer ended up on top, you could say Surfer's blasts have the potential to blow up at least half of a planet sized object. And all of his energy was directed at Morg, not the "space rock". Who's to say he couldn't use a thin beam to cut to a planet's core, then drop a big blast to destroy it? If you have a shot at the center of the planet, its a lot easier to 'splode. Either way, no more Superman.

"In Adventures of Superman #478, as part of the Time and Time Again storyline, Superman survived- without so much as batting an eye- the nuclear destruction of the entire moon in the year 2995. The moon had been lined with sufficient nuclear devices to disintegrate it in one shot. When the moon was obliterated, Superman was actually within the moon (structures had been built beneath the surface of the moon). He did not suffer any harm and did not lose consciousness."
"In JLA #41, Superman absorbed the energy of the Mageddon Warhead, a device capable, at the minimum, of vaporizing half a galaxy. Writer Grant Morrison intended Mageddon to be "the primordial annihilator" capable of literally destroying everything. Visibly distressed by the absorption, Superman still suffered no harm whatsoever, and even smiled afterwards."
Yet he died from Doomsdays fists, blows that shattered only windows on nearby buildings with their force. (if each of Doomsday's punches had the power of a nuke, there would have been no buildings standing for blocks at the least). They were by no means enough to destroy the moon. I'm calling both of those instances overpowering of the Supes.
