Superman vs Silver surfer

Like someone has said before - many other people have tried using matter-manip techniques on Superman. They do bugger all, lol!

And Supes has too many incarnations? What about Hulk, lol? 😄

Surfer is on a different scale of power to Supes. But I'm just interested in how people think he'll damage Supes. He wouldn't be able to hurt him by hitting him. And no-one's given an example of Surfer moving lightspeed whilst fighting someone.

I think that Surfer could probably give off K-Nite radiation to take down Supes' forcefield.

But he doesn't know about K-Nite, does he...

Just because Surfer can manipulate matter doesn't mean he could do that against Supes. If he really could then he wouldn't get his butt kicked by Thanos everytime. Surfer is just not good enough at it, he is not on the Molecule man level.

Surfer may not even be able to create K-Nite

There was a scan of the surfer battiling someone while traveling faster than the speed of light on this forum somewhere.

Surfer cannot manipulate organic matter fanboys.

Doesn't matter, surfer would win.

Cosmic awareness. Surfer will scan Superman and immidiately find his weaknesses and sources of power. He will know Superman's shortcoming. Kryptonite does more than take down his forcefield, it kills him.

The power cosmic can definitely damage Superman, it has destroyed planets. If Doomsday's punches can kill him, imagine what these babies will do.

Lets see how Silver Surfer could defeat Superman.

Surfer could blast him unconscious with the power cosmic. Surfer could destroy whatever planet they're on. Surfer could drain his sunlight. Surfer could emit Kryptonite radiation. Surfer could turn a rock into kryptonite and shove it down his throat. Surfer could send him into another dimension full of Kryptonite. Surfer could transmute the air around them into Kryptonite gas. Surfer could send him into a black hole. Surfer could trap him in his Surfboard. Surfer could time-travel back to Krypton before Jor-El and his wife put him in the space-shuttle and destroy Krypton. Surfer could telepathically mindrape Superman, etc., etc., etc.

Now let's see how Superman could defeat Surfer.

Superman could punch him, if he can catch him, which he won't.

Heat vision won't work. Surfer has flown through stars completely unharmed.

Super breath. Hah.

Surfer is immune to telepathy. So much for "kryptonian martial arts."

If you read about Thanos you'd know he can tap vast quantities of cosmic power, and had a lot more time to practice with it than the Surfer.

There are entirely too many ways for Surfer to win this.

Surfer might win against Supes sure he does but it also works the other way around.

so what moving at lightspeed and blowing up planets doens't mean that he will beat Supes for sure.

So now the fastest being will always win a fight. Guess what that's not how it works in a fight
