In a straight slug it out Superman has Norrin beat. So if he can slip in from the start of the match, and drown the Surfer in punches he has a 90% chance of winning. On the other hand, If Norrin is able to drain him, or negate most of his power before it's lights out he would more than likely take this.

Omega blast? Hahaha, you're still as ignorant as ever. Darkseid has two attacks, Omega beams and Omega Sanction. Omega beams are the one he uses to blast people with, omega sanction is for erasing people from existence like he did to batman. You tell me what he's using on superman there.
