nah, he can win via red sun radiation only.
Other ways he cant win. Superman is faster than him in combat scenarios. Thus it will be hard for Surfer to do anything exotic since Superman wouldn't be still and will be trying to ko him.

This thread goes up there with the Zoom vs Runner thread as ridiculous marvel biased just look at the polls in both. This is insane anyway Superman without CIS will beat Surfer for the majority since velocity and acceleration kills. Especially when you have strength that is greater than the Hulk 🐰 😬 🐰

What people don't know is that Superman's combat speeds AND TRAVELING FEATS are better than Surfer's.
Superman has traveled to other galaxies in mere moments, to the end of the universe in mere moments, etc.

He has a watered down version of Supermans powers, his flight without the board is laughable, as is his strength compared to superman. Battle speed too. He has better energy feats, that's all, he is nothing superman hasn't faced.

Superman has to be a lot slower than Surfer in order for Surfer to put a black hole on him. Superman isn't just going the stand there.
Also, Superman can go intangible.
Surfer has no time to do anything exotic. Superman would be on him in like a nanosecond. Surfer wouldn't even be able to think properly. One mistake and he will get rocked. Then afterwards, it's downhill for him.
