TBH I would judge as fair as possible. I like Superman but I couldn't resist to piss Abhi off I guess, it would be too hard to decide so I would follow the rules. However, I never even bothered to read a complete BZ because I think they are boring and pointless as phuck. I would click the scans yeah but I wouldn't bother to do more. Means, I am out, you bloody bastard.

He can phase, and Superman has no way to hit a phased character that I know of. As I recall, he can also slow down time in addition to possessing super speed.
Surfer should win more often than not. Hes more versatile, has the energy and astral projection and better at range tho if Superman finds himself on the inside with Surfer he would **** him up badly. Surfer has historically had problems with characters who could bully him physically and Supes is as capable as anyone on that class of beating him down
