Also if cosmic awareness tells him which specific weakness Gladiator has then I don't know why he couldn't use it to sense the best method to attack Superman with.

That is true, the point is that when Supes doesn't want to be touched - he won't get touched. Unless someone is fast enough to tag him.

There ya go. Unless someone is 'fast' enough to touch him. I think a person that can move so fast that he can go back in time is fast enough. Don't you?

True. Surfer nanosecond second speed should be enough. Doesn't matter since CIS is on and neither will be fighting like anything that was recently said. Surfer wins the majority. Healthy majority.

Flash vibrates his molecules at a subatomic level so fast things pas through him. Superman may or may not be doing this, it would certainly be something unstable to do without the speed force or the aura pre nu52 Superman had.

do you know the definition of intangibility? Superman couldn't be touched by anything physical. Objects and energy passed right through him. Imo that's like phasing, but through vibrating.

if Surfer fights how he mostly does in comics then he will beat down fast.
Just look at him vs. Thor or him vs. Thanos. Those characters aren't remotely as fast as Superman. Surfer jobs like hell in comics.
