DD has great speed. He's a legit class 1 speedster. Superman's went intangible when Mongol shot a beam at him, he was flying forward.
Superman's hv is hotter than the core of stars. It's far over a million degrees. Resistance to a star is meaningless.
Hv is capable of going through Superman's own body like a hot knife through butter. Superman has went through stars unharmed as well. But hv can harm him. That destroys your Surfer being resistant to hv theory.
Now stop trolling. I already said everything takes time to do. Some things less time than others. I claim that Superman can attack before Surfer does anything exotic, preventing him from doing anything exotic. Superman can attack in less than a nanosecond. If you believe Surfer can turn into a frog and try to get at Superman's soul before that then you must prove it. Cause the panel shows him doing that in a matter of a few seconds.

That's an assumption based off faulty speculation. I'm a mere human and can see hundreds of square feet at a time from the sky. Surfer has far greater senses and doesn't need to cover every mile in order to sense someone. Even mere eyesight says that Surfer doesn't need to travel every mile. Superman has traveled to other galaxies in moments and has a feat of analyzing something in a Picosecond.
Blasts aren't blunt hits. Superman has one shot killed trans beings and exerted forces over 50 earth weights. He's 1 or 2 shotting Surfer if he let's loose.
Superman's hv is much stronger than Surfer's blasts. It's capable of going straight through Superman himself as if he's made of liquid.
Surfer is only fast enough to create hand shields. Any other type takes longer time as shown on panel. Surfer can't attack while the shields are up. Superman can crumble the shield in a single blow.
It was a week ago that we decided to ban folks who didn't listen to mods. Seems people have short memories, especially those that were the 3 we didn't ban (because yes, Badabing and I had a list of 6, and we chose 3 to ban as the worst offenders). If you guys want some time away, just keep it up.
