He went intangible against a slow brick. Prove that he can do it against someone that could blitz him at light speed. I don't care about your words, post scans.
It shows him moving out of the way of the energy blast, it didn't go through him.
When he attacks it's not at super speed.

Why would we assume all energy beams travel at lightspeed? It sounds like you're applying physics.
Second, when did Nu Superman ever go inside a red star? PreNu Superman flew through a red star at FTL speeds, but he wasn't inside the thing for any lengthy period.

If he had to up his speed a lot then wouldn't the more logical choice for scans be to show those instances instead of scans of characters shouting about speed? He quite casually blitzed Doomsday in another encounter. It did nothing, but he still did it.
