Nice speed ft. Time wasn't stopped, it was slowed which is the reason Jimmy (yes, Jimmy) and Superman was able to talk (even though their words was coming out slow). Then, if I'm reading it right, time was being sped up as well.

EDIT: You know what I'm going to edit this response and cut right to the chase: before you kept saying how you had scans that proved Superman could defeat Silver Surfer. Why not post them? If your scans show what you claim I'll concede to them, I'd love if Superman was more powerful then Surfer. I just unfortunately don't see it as of now.

Superman goes intangible to avoid attacks (or just dodges them), not to stay intangible. He Also can move around while intangibility. 0.5 km is not substantial to a character that can cover that distance in less than a microsecond.
Superman can just shoot hv at Surfer. Surfer has to defend or be maneuvering. He has no time to do anything else.
