Superman vs Silver surfer

Thor was also bloodlusted in his recent encounter with Surfer. He told Surfer he'd kill him twice, while on Mars. He had a wound, but it didn't seem to sap his strength. He was still able to shatter the helmet of Galactus (BRB could only chip it), and beat Nul and Angirir, so he was by no means weak.

Surfer tanked his hammer tosses and charged hammer strikes in stride.

But if he is wounded and in pain we can agree that he wasn't at 100%, can we?

Sure, but keep in mind Thor was still blood-lusted, and Surfer didn't exactly want to fight. And Thor is resilient, he's been gored and impaled through the chest and still fought beastly.

Yes, Surfer was defensive and Thor out for blood, even if it is hard to gauge how much the wound cost him.

Consider the fact that he shattered the helmet of Galactus, and beat two Worthy, how powerful do you think Thor was even with that wound?

I don't know, though I do believe that without the wound he would have killed Nul too.

Thor was also exhausted when he fought the Worthy. He wasn't exhausted when he fought Surfer.

Didn't Thor suffer from a wound though? Even Surfer asked him about this and it seemed to hurt Thor which would mean he wasn't at 100%.

Doesn't matter, Thor was completely kicking ass in that story and the wound didn't effect him, it just wouldn't heal.

Yes and it's irrelavent. His striking power obviously was not effected. Ask Galactus.

Have you been goaded into questioning Surfer's durability (and Thor's for that matter)? This is Abby's master plan, create confusion where there is none. With top tiers like Surfer and Thor, he plays one against the other to make one or the other look bad, all in comparison to Superman. After all, it all comes down to Superman. Remember the OP.

Well played.

Lol tbh, Thor laughs off things like having his liver turned into crushed glass....he's just hardcore like that.

I wouldn't call Thor bloodlusted. Though Surfer has always been somewhat of a rival of his, he would not actually attempt to kill him despite Fraction's awful interpretation of Thor. He was more cantankerous and quick to anger sure, but not murderous rage type of anger. I agree though regarding the wound. I wouldn't call that weakened considering his damage soak for that kind of thing. Slight disadvantage maybe, but definitely not the way Abhi is portraying. Plus Surfer seemed to be holding back.

I agree, I wouldn't quite say blood lusted either. But the wound certainly is not an explanation for NOT one shotting Surfer, as if one shotting him has been the norm. I can't believe he's trying to get away with this......oh wait, yes I can. Just ANOTHER shaded attempt at lowballing. Abby hates KMC rules.

Oh, he wasn't portrayed as move powerful, huh? Sorry slappy, you can't have it both ways. If you are saying he wasn't portrayed as more powerful, then you are saying the character you are constantly insisting is so weak is in fact powerful as shit, but he holds back......sorta like you describe Superman.
Sure, Thor holds back. Who said he doesn't?
If you are saying he was portrayed as more powerful than normal like the rest of the sane comic reading community, then it's understandable why this ONE time he was able to one shot Surfer, and they have fought countless times.
He was never stated to be amped in any way. Like I said put up a scan or shut up.
Either way you are ****ed and you are showing your frustration.
Am I?

The thing that's funny is you are attempting to discredit Surfer's durability based on ONE portrayal while ignoring all the times Surfer has taken blows from Mjolnir, sometimes with no effect. Everyone is on to you.

Post one scan of Surfer taking attacks from mjolnir with no effect. Heck Thor dented his head with a simple headbutt.

Yeah. If anything that fight may have been more impressive for Surfer since he seemed to be holding back a bit. He was more reactive as opposed to Thor being the aggressor and who just shattered Galactus's helm as you guys pointed out.

No, he wasn't. Thor just spoke like that in the fraction run.

And he beat Thing by mjolnir enchantment and BFRed Hulk. Not a very convincing argument that he wasn't weakened when he collapsed afterwards and went into extended unconsciousness.

Fraction had a full power Thor shatter Demogorgue heart and killing him. You are using a different writer for BRB scene and mixing up the way they wrote Galactus.
