That was my whole point all along.

On any given day, anyone can pull an upset over anyone else. My point all along is that Surfer is superior to Superman and exploits Superman's vulnerabilities in a way that few can. I've yet to hear a good reason why that's not true.

He took this dose of red solar power and then put the Kryptonite alloy suit through the wall.

So everyone admits Superman gets beat the majority, and only wins out of sheer luck or plot.

Why continue to argue if that's the case?

Well the majority says that kryptonite and red solar radiation are gonna do Superman in.

I am just giving examples of him overcoming those odds.

Whilst deftly drawing attention away from the fact that Eclipso was laughing because he baited Superman into a clinch. If Eclipso wanted to continue pouring on the red light, he would have. Instead he stopped and talked trash to goad Superman. He didn't want Superman killed...he wanted his body.

I think Surfer wins the majority too. It drives me nuts when people think that red solar power and kryptonite is a guaranteed victory.
