Flash can't attain lightspeed instantly. He has to build it up speed. Flash can't just teleport in and out of the SF dimension. He has to go lightspeed to get there. That's why I think Supes beats Flash. If it were that simple, Wally could hit Supes or Hulk with a hundred IMPs before they blink.
Hulk is inconsistent with durability, but on average, he can take such an attack. He has proven that he can resist a world moving attack. He's like Superman without flight or Superspeed.

It's their fighting style, why would the writers show Flash and Zum performing a bar brawl while they are speedsters with a unic powerset to tap into?
Flash just started to accelerate and access to the SF when he saw that Zum was tactical in the use of the speedforce, he performed a stroboscopic tremor then throwed him bricks at superspeed, he was very smart, so Flash instead of brawling at superspeed, and knowing Zum is on a level of durability higher than his own, entered in the SF, to exit with sufficient power up to slam Zum outta the battlefield.
