Flash has done things in picoseconds as well as nanoseconds. Those are faster than milliseconds.
A femtosecond would have been a problem. But a full second? That is like all the time in the world to Flash.

In the scan I posted you notice Batman is finishing a word he started to say before Wally even left and he made it back before Batman finished saying the word which happend to be seconds.

Well shit. Very impressive. I'd say they're pretty close after seeing that... Surfer searched the entire world in a similar fashion, but it took him about a whole second. (the span of a few words from Doc Strange) I'd say the two feats are very, very close. Still, Superman isn't nearly as fast as either. And is therefore f***ed.

How so? Superman's feats of reaction time are mediocre at best, where Surfer has been shown to react within nanoseconds and microseconds on several occasions. Supes's best flying speed feat is getting to the Sun and back in a few minutes, which is just a few times lightspeed. Surfer regularly operates at millions of times the speed of light. It's not really a comparison, SS is WAY faster than Superman.
