But we still debate differently than they do. On KMC some precedent is usually needed rather than just a power.

However that does illustrate that his ability to manipulate energy is very high and his ability to defeat Superman is based on that. Physically by showings VERY few beings can stand to superman.

Not that I'm going to bother debating with most of that, but the part of Surfer having better senses than Supes is difficult to prove at best. Especially the part where he goes past Superman's vision range. According to Lois, Clark can see where the ever expanding edge of the universe is, from Earth, if he squints. If you don't want to take her word for it, we've witnessed him peeking between galaxies without trouble. He's also been shown on panel hearing not only between planets, but lightyears away.
Surfer's senses are a step above Superman. Like Superman he can see the entire electromagnetic spectrum. He can also see down to the molecular level with little effort like Superman but on a large scale. In other words, he doesn't need to focus on one clump of DNA molecules. He can sense the molecular level of his surroundings in their entirety. In addition, he can actually see through time. No lie.

And I really take exception to Superman having greater durability than Surfer. Surfer has fought without any difficulty INSIDE black holes. Black holes which were of his own making. When Superman can snuff out suns, make black holes, and fight inside black holes, then come back to me.
