How am i making a racist blanket statement. I said that it's a general stereotype (which it is). I didn't say it or make that up.
The stereotype is that Whites are generally scared of Blacks to some degree especially when there are alot of Blacks around. You've never heard that before? It's an awful stereotype but it's one that exist nonetheless.
