Ok I have a question regarding prep areas?
Ok in round 1 we will face every other team in the tourney for a total of six matches.
Every round we must use a different prep area to from our selected group, and after using it once you can not use it again no matter what.
Ok but what happens if you get out of round 1 qualifiers. Does that mean you will be forced to use whoever you pick up in order to actually have a prep area to use out of the Las Vegas one?

Well lets see...In the old tourney, pics could:
Show off your Amalgam
Be used as a team figurehead
Made into sigs that actually meant something
Look coolIn the new tourney, they can:
Look cool
I've ordered pictures of some our amalgams to a friend of mine who's quite good artist (I've shown his artworks somewhere in the Elites thread). They'll be ready by 12/10.

Question about the prep areas. With only 6 people on a team, and us only being able to use one prep area one battle, won't we run out of prep areas to use? I'm a noob, I know, someone explain to me how this work.
Assuming you win, you add characters to your roster.

to be honest, I don't have the awespanning knowlege of alot of characters. So adding them to the roster isn't going to help me if I dont' know them. Especially those Manga characters. I can barely understand thier powers.

But I'm sure you know who mimic is. Who Mr. Terrific is. Who Quicksilver is.
Et cetera.
Even from the manga troupe, you could add Spot.

I know how they are. But knowing who they are, and knowing enough about them for a tourney are quite different. And being able to use them effectively against tougher and tougher opponents given the way the fights work are daunting at the very least.
The default prep area is the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. You won't have access to the battlefield until combat begins, at which point there will be an assumed auto teleportation to the battlefield. Whatever you do with your 10 minutes, and where you spend it, other than the battlefield, and any random place that is not the base of operations of one of your characters, is up to you.
Basically, you either spend the 10 minutes of prep at one of your characters bases or at the Casino (by default). No other options.
