Regardless, Spaniards of Spanish ancestry are considered "Caucasians". I know that "Hispanic" is currently applied to Spain, but that is because it is was Spanish derived. There's Central/South American's who do not like the word "Hispanic", because of the "belonging to Spain" implication it was associated with.

There are three "super classes"
Caucasoids, Mongoloid, and Negroid.
"Hispanic" has already been defined. "Caucasian" has been defined.
Under the Caucasoid classification, Hispanic are not the same as Caucasoids.
