dictionary.com's definition is not completely correct. I have already proven why that definition cannot be correct. It seems there are multiple definitions that do not share the exact meanings. However, Spaniards are not Caucasians....they are Caucasoids and I have already shown how it branches out from there.

And in 100 years or maybe more we have probably have to quit the racial identification for good since the world turns more and more into a melting pot. Race-specific jokes are just mostly based on the (exaggerated) behaviour and habits of a minority of the ridiculed race. Also, and by that, they're often based on ignorance and a false idea of supremacy. Doesn't means there is some truth in them, but by that every race deserves the same amount of insults, as we all have our stand out bad apples.
