Ah, I think it was Harry who used the new improved Goblin serum which made him even stronger than before, it eventually killed him though.

AFAIK, Norman's strength was around 9 tons at the time when he first used the serum. So, he was pretty close to classic Spider-man.
Anyways, glad to see you agree with most of my points though.

9 ton was far above regular Spidey.

Classic yes, but I said the last couple decades. Norman hasn't gotten the better of Pete in a fair fight since the late 70's.

sabertooth ahs a history with many hero's actaully. He was once an Iron Fist villain.
