AC Sephiroth has the power of the lifestream.. which is a powerful feat, basically hes a being, that has control over all of the dead souls on earth, with the wave of his hand he can cover the skies with the negative lifestream, with a thought he was able to collapse a giant building, he was able to create life, hes been stated the most powerful in FFVII verse, which means hes more powerful then the goddess of earth herself, more powerful then the WEAPONs, more powerful then Chaos, and Weiss who can move at the blink of an eye, and do nuke bomb level damage, if he hadnt been stopped he would have used Earth as a vessel and raid other planets, he wouldve became more then a planetary threat... now lets hear what Samus is capable of? What does having control of something have to do with anything? Nothing. We see lesser characters have control over stronger characters all the time.

Maybe in Kingdom Hearts but not in any Final Fantasy game. And the Sephiroth that did do all those things was a Jenova copy. Also stronger doesn't mean faster. Mario is stronger then Sonic but he's no where near his speed.

That was Chaos not Sephiroth. Sephiroth is not Chaos. What Chaos can do doesn't mean Sephiroth can do it. Also the entire earth shaking couldn't have anything to do with I dunno Omega being destroyed.

I'm beginning to think you have no clue what Metroid is anymore. That giant reptile was Ridley Leader of the Space Pirates and unlike Sephiroth when Ridley (or Meta-Ridley or the new Omega-Ridley) goes to fight someone he lost too he doesn't play around. Ridley is stronger then most bosses/enemies in FF7 and Omega-Ridley is stronger.
And the slow-moving Omega Beam? You haven't touched Metroid Prime 3 because that attack is fast moving just like the Hyper/Super Missiles.

She defeated Kraid, Ridley, Meta-Ridley, Omega-Ridley, Mecha-Ridley, Metroid Prime, Omega Metroid, Mother Brain (twice), Dark Samus (twice), Metroid Prime, Corrupted Aurora Unit, SA-X, Metroid Queen, Kanden, Spire, Trace, Noxus, Sylux, Weavel, Gorea, Ghor, Rundas, Gandrayda, hundreds of Space Pirates, and hundreds of Metroids plus much, much more.
Not to mention she was trained by the Chozo since birth.
