Give me many reasons? You can only give so few. Sephiroth's feats aren't that vast.

Best you got is tearing through buildings. Samus runs through substance tougher than those buildings...

She beat Thanos on panel actually. I hear twice too.

On-Panel? In that case.. she's god. THough I'm pretty sure it was off-panel. not sure. All I know is that the second time, Thanos was so afraid of her he gave up.
